Losing fats with The Right Approach :D

Yday was great for me! :D

Lost 2.7kg Body Weight & 0.8kg of Pure Fat in 11 days, with Body Fat % falling from 20% to 19.7%, Visceral Fat down from 8% to 7% (1%-4% being healthy). Most importantly, my Body Age dropped by 2 years! :)

Well, the story began last Monday, when i first attended a "Healthy Eating" class conducted by my friend, Sam. Learnt about food nutrition there, the right proportion of vege, carbo, and protein intake for every meal, etc. Very enriching! It amazes me how those ppl can eat SO MUCH and enjoy gd food w/o worries, and YET remain slim n healthy, and even look youthful.

Okay actually i wasn't really THAT fat la, but keep getting the comments that i look over my age (hey, i'm only 21! LOL =P) Damn.. but true. Don't like it, but can't rebuke.. Sigh.. Hmm well.. Since this program can help me shake off some unwanted excess fats PLUS regain some youth as well, no harm trying out~ Afterall, hey! "debox" is definitely way better than "botox" right? haha..

Anyway, Sam has done it before, hasn't rebounded for 5 yrs. So do many many others. I've also seen with my own eyes how it worked for my pretty colleague Natsha since she took it up this April. Amazing challenges. Am looking forward to it ;)

Now, after taking my 2nd measurement yday, i hereby proudly present my results~ ^_^
